The Highway Information System (HIS) database
contains information collected and maintained by the Transportation
Cabinet. Data integrity is dependent upon both the accuracy
and frequency with which the data is updated and the users'
interpretation and understanding of the data. This also
includes the visual display and analysis of the HIS data
using Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
Therefore, no warranty, expressed or implied,
is given to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or
suitability for any particular purpose of the information
or data contained in HIS. If questions arise concerning
the currency or meaning of the data and/or the usage of
